So, Thanksgiving night our kitchen faucets decided to stop working. DH turned on the cold water and it wouldn't shut off. When we opened up the cabinet under the sink, we discovered that there was water spraying there too. Luckily, we were not hosting the Thanksgiving feast, so it only affected us.
So, now you know what the big project was in our house yesterday. But, it was done, with a minimum of problems. Yay, non-leaking, functional faucets!

Good thing it was only a minor problem. You're faucet is too beautiful to get ruined just like that. Try to stock up on some sealants so you can deal with the matter right away if it ever comes up again.

Your pipes must've either been rusting, or it isn't properly sealed. So, what did you do to fix it? Did you replace the old pipe with a new one?

Good thing you guys found a replacement faucet immediately. It’s too bad that it had to leak during Thanksgiving, but hey at least it wasn’t such a big disaster, unlike what happened to my brother last year. We were having our Thanksgiving dinner in their apartment when the faucet suddenly burst! We all got soaked, but we just laughed it off. After all, what’s a party without laughter right? =)
